Copyright Policies and Reproduction Rights Waiver Availability
All photo studios (including ours) are protected by Federal copyright laws to keep their work from being reproduced. In most cases, this means if you want additional copies of "your" images, you have to go back to that same studio (if they are even in business) to get additional photos made. If your pictures are destroyed and the company is out of business, you're photos are gone forever.

You may purchase THE ORIGINAL, FULL RESOLUTION FILES OF YOUR PICUTRES ON A CD or DVD. (Additional Fee Applies)
In addition to the disc, we will provide you with a written Personal Use Reproduction Rights Waiver so you will be able to reproduce your photos at ANY photo processor (Wal-mart, Walgreens, etc.) ANY time and in ANY size you desire.
Without this waiver, NO photo processor (including you at home) can legally reproduce ANY photo from ANY photographer. (Waiver applies to personal use reproductions only. Commercial or contest use of any image created by Arizona Photo Solutions is strictly prohibited.)
